Heather Payne Biography
Heather ‘s 25 year career has been mostly spent in the world of Consumer Insights working with leading brands across the world. Her most recent position was based in New York as Global Chief Client Officer for TNS, a leading marketing research organization that is part of the Kantar Group and WPP. Prior to that Heather has was based in Hong Kong for 10 years with most of that time as CEO Asia Pacific for Research International (RI). She is native to Australia and was previously MD for Australia (RI) and has also worked in London as Global Account Director for RI. Heather has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in marketing from University of New South Wales Australia. Heather loves the world of Insights and helping clients understand how people across the world feel, think, and live.
